This section gathers all communication tools developed within the LETHE project to promote brain health and support health literacy on dementia prevention. Designed for healthcare professionals, institutions, and citizens, these materials offer accessible and evidence-based content focused on key modifiable risk factors. All resources are available in the five LETHE project languages: English, Italian, Spanish, German, Finnish, and Swedish.
Developed Materials
As part of LETHE’s goal to support prevention and behaviour change, a series of multilingual communication tools has been created:
- Four short animated videos
- One infographic on modifiable risk factors
- One infographic on communication of dementia risk
- One flyer on brain health and health literacy
Short Animated Videos
Available in: English with subtitles in Italian, Spanish, German, Finnish, and Swedish
Each video addresses one of the five selected modifiable factors: physical activity, nutrition, cardiovascular health, vision and hearing care, and brain stimulation. The content is based on validated scripts and presents key scientific insights in a visual and accessible format.

This infographic visually presents five main modifiable factors related to brain health, supporting individual awareness and literacy around prevention. It is available in all project languages.

This infographic supports professionals in the sensitive and clear communication of dementia risk and related topics (such as biomarkers or APOE status), using a person-centred and respectful approach.
